If Matic has incorrectly detected your floor types, you can correct them. In order for Matic to correctly mop only on hard floor, please ensure the floor types are correctly labelled on your map
How to edit floor types?
- Tap on the map icon in the top right corner of the app
- Select the Floor Types under Edit Map
- Tap on the pencil icon in the top right corner, draw over the area you want to change, and then click "label as carpet" or "label as hard floor" depending on which floor type you want to change to.
In order for Matic to correctly mop only on hard floor, please ensure the floor types are correctly labelled on your map.
On the Floor Type Map, Gray indicates obstacles, and Magenta (light blue) represents wires.
