How Often Should I Replace Matic's Accessories?
HEPA bag
The HEPA bag is designed to hold about a week’s worth of debris with daily vacuuming and mopping. Replacement frequency will vary based on your usage. Matic will be sure to let you know when it's time to change out the HEPA bag.
Brush and mop roll
The self-cleaning mop roll may need to be replaced every 1-3 months. The tangle-free brush roll typically lasts ~5 months. The brush roll has a wear-line indicator that shows when it’s time to replace it. As you use the robot, the brush roll material gradually wears down toward that line. Once the wear reaches it, it’s time to swap the roll out. Actual replacement frequency will depend on your usage.
Side brush
The side brush typically lasts 1-2 months. You will want to replace it when the bristles fray.
Where to get accessories
You can request additional accessories through your Matic app. Simply click the settings icon in the bottom right hand corner, click "Request Accessories" under "Support", and you can order whichever accessories are needed.
