What is Matic Care and how do I get it?

Matic Care extends your original warranty from 1 year to 2 years from the date of purchase and adds accidental damage coverage — so you're protected against the unexpected.

Coverage: Everything in the standard warranty plus accidental damage. The standard warranty covers your Matic robot and charging dock against defects in materials and workmanship.

Term: 2 years from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required).

Who's covered: The original purchaser or gift recipient.

How to claim: Email support@maticrobots.com to get the process started.

What's not covered: Consumables, software, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, non-Matic parts, refurbished products, or use outside the USA.

Getting Matic Care: For new customers, Matic Care is included free with your Matic purchase. If you're an existing customer and would like to add Matic Care, contact our support team and we'll help you get set up.
