      Matic is Unresponsive

      If your Matic appears off but is not fully shut down, it may be in a coma state. Hard reboot Matic to fix the issue.

      Signs Matic may be in a coma state:

        • Matic appears off and doesn’t respond to the power button
        • Fan noise is audible
        • Matic’s display screen is dark
        • The LED ring around the power button stays on, even when Matic appears off

      To perform a hard reboot:

      Remove Matic from the dock so the battery can completely drain. This may take up to 24 hours. Once the fan noise stops, place Matic back on the dock to reboot.
