Lid Not Sealed error

If Matic's lid isn't properly closed, it can affect airflow and trigger this error. The steps below usually resolve it in under a minute.

Steps to resolve

  1. Check that the bag tab is fully inserted into its slot
  2. Press the lid down firmly until it clicks into place
  3. Make sure the bag is fully inside the bin and not bunched up near the edges
  4. Check the rubber skirt around the bin — it should be clean and lying flat, not folded over or dirty

Once everything looks correct, press Play/Pause to clear the error and resume cleaning.
