      How to Troubleshoot the Lid Not Sealed Error

      An improperly sealed lid can affect Matic's airflow. Follow the steps below to resolve the error.

      Quick Steps:

      1. Make sure the bag tab is fully inserted
        1. When closing the lid give it a firm press down
      2. Make sure the bag is fully inside the bin
      3. Make sure the rubber skirt around the bin is clean
      4. Make sure the rubber skirt around the bin is not folded over
