Lid Not Sealed error
If Matic's lid isn't properly closed, it can affect airflow and trigger this error. The steps below usually resolve it in under a minute.
Steps to resolve
- Check that the bag tab is fully inserted into its slot
- Press the lid down firmly until it clicks into place
- Make sure the bag is fully inside the bin and not bunched up near the edges
- Check the rubber skirt around the bin — it should be clean and lying flat, not folded over or dirty
Once everything looks correct, press Play/Pause to clear the error and resume cleaning.
