There are times when a video from Matic's point of view will help the team troubleshoot an issue you're facing. You can send recordings while Matic is cleaning a specific area or while manually driving Matic around.
Begin by heading to Matic's App. On the Home screen, you will see a camcorder icon. Tap to begin the recording. Tap again to stop the recording. You can then decide to send the video or delete it and retake it.
