Matic Stuck
As a vision-based system, Matic, similar to humans, relies on unique landmarks to accurately determine its position. If the walls and floor appear too similar, it may have difficulty orienting itself.
Steps to Improve Navigation in Hallways

Add a Distinctive Visual Feature
- Placing a small rug or another visually distinct object in the hallway can provide Matic with a reliable reference point, making it easier to navigate.

Optimize Lighting Conditions
- Ensure that the hallway is well-lit during cleaning sessions, as better lighting can enhance Matic’s ability to detect subtle differences in the environment.

Be sure to include a picture of where your Matic got stuck, and a bot recording of the area where you are encountering the issue.
To send a bot recording:

From the Home page, tap the video camera icon

Once the behavior has ended, tap the stop recording icon
