High Internal Humidity error

This alert appears when moisture builds up inside Matic, most commonly after a mopping session or in warm weather due to condensation. It usually clears quickly once you air it out.

Steps to resolve

  1. Open Matic's lid
  2. Remove the bag
  3. Wipe away any visible water in the bin
  4. Leave the lid open for 10 minutes
  5. Reinsert the bag and close Matic's lid

Note: While docked, Matic periodically runs its fan at higher speed to purge humidity from the system — this is normal and doesn't require any action.

Submit a ticket in the Matic app (Settings > Support > Contact Us) and include:

  • How often the error appears
  • Whether it started recently or has been happening since you got the robot
  • Whether wiping and airing out resolves it temporarily or not at all
