Matic Lifted error
This error appears when Matic loses track of where it is and thinks it may have been picked up. It usually clears after restoring or redoing your map.
1. Restore Map
Restoring a previously saved map can help resolve the error. Here's how:
- Open the Matic App
- Go to the Edit Map tab
- Under the Redo section, select Restore Map
- Once the map is restored, return to the home screen and see if that fixed things
- Press the button on the robot to start cleaning

If restoring the previous map doesn't work, re-mapping your home can provide a fresh start.
2: Remap
- Open the Matic app
- Go to the Edit Map tab
- Under the Redo section, select Delete This Map
- Follow the prompts to remap your home

If the error persists after remapping, submit a ticket in the Matic app (Settings > Support > Contact Us) and include:
- A description of when the error first appeared
- Whether it happens in a specific room or area
- Whether restore map or remap made any difference
