The Matic Lifted error can sometimes happen if Matic has trouble understanding its surroundings. Restoring your map or re-mapping your home can help it get back on track.

Step 1: Restore Map

Restoring a previously saved map can help resolve the error. Here's how:

  • Open the Matic App
  • Go to the Map tab
  • Under the Start Over section, select Restore Map
  • Once the map is restored, return to the home screen and see if that fixed things
  • Press the button on the robot to start cleaning
