Changing the side brush

If you notice that your side brush has popped off, please follow these steps to check for and remove a stray magnet, and replace the side brush.

1. Remove the water tank and HEPA Bag and close the lid.

2. Turn Matic on its side and locate the side brush cavity.


3. Check for a stray magnet from the previous side brush.

  • If present, use a pair of pliers to remove. 

4. Install a new side brush.

  • Position the new brush over the magnet and let it snap into place.
