Duct Clogged error
The Duct Clogged error is usually caused by debris in the duct or the air flap being stuck. Follow the steps below to clear it.
1. Use the declogging tool
Use the declogging tool from your accessories box to clear any debris from the duct.
Once done, press the power button to see if the error clears. If it does, you're done. If it returns, continue to Step 2.
2. Inspect the brush roll and air flap
The brush roll needs to be properly installed to ensure smooth operation.
-
Check the brush roll. Make sure it's seated correctly and rotates freely. Watch the brush roll alignment video here.
-
Check the air flap. This is the black rectangular flap above the brush roll. It should move up and down freely. If it's stuck or sitting closed over the duct opening, gently adjust it back into position.
You can also inspect through the app:
- Go to Settings > Troubleshooting Tools > Advanced Controls
- Select Routines > Vacuum Hard Floor from the dropdown
- Open the cleaning head (white flap) and confirm the brush roll is spinning and the air flap is open
Press the power button to clear the error once everything looks correct.
