We're thrilled that your Matic is back and better than ever! During the repair process, your Matic was upgraded, which have been reflected both in the Bot ID and hardware.
Follow these steps to reconnect your Matic to your app:
- Forget the Old Matic from Bluetooth Settings
- Open your iPhone’s Settings
- Navigate to Bluetooth
- Find your old Matic device in the list and select Forget This Device
- Delete the Matic App
- Remove the Matic app from your phone to ensure a fresh connection
- Reinstall the App
- Download the latest version of the Matic app here
- Power On Your Matic
- Hold the power button on your Matic till the light ring is on
- Go Through Onboarding
- Follow the onboarding process to set up your new and upgraded Matic!
