If you notice that your side brush has popped off, please follow these steps to check for and remove a stray magnet, and replace the side brush
1. Remove the water tank and HEPA Bag
Start by removing the water tank and HEPA Bag, once removed close the lid gently
2. Locate the brush cavity
- With the lid close, turn Matic on its side
- The brush cavity is located under the cleaning head (circled in red below)
3. Check for a stray magnet
- If there is a stray magnet (popped off from the side brush) please remove it with a pair of pliers
- If there is no extra magnet go ahead and put on a new side brush
4. Putting on a side brush
- Align the new brush to the magnet
- The magnet within the side brush will snap onto the cleaning head
